If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Dave Phillips Music & Sound, simply return it within ten days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.  All returns must be in NEW condition, showing no signs of wear and must include the sales receipt, all original packaging, owners manuals, warranty cards, and all supplied accessories.

Additionally, the following items are not returnable: special orders, tubes, bulbs, books, printed music, videos, tapes, CD disc's, batteries, used strings, harmonicas, used drum heads, software, raw frame speakers, ear plugs, used or worn clothing, phono cartridges and styli.

Tape recorders will be checked for running time upon return.  Those found to have excessive time and/or head wear will be charged a minimum of 15% as a restocking fee or refused for return at our option.
